You can optionally save name, year of birth, gender, club and SI card against a British Orienteering number via Competitor profile to speed up later entries. Entering an event does not save or change that profile. We do not store email or emergency contacts on it.

From 1 Jan 2026, non-members of British Orienteering are not covered by British Orienteering public liability insurance.

Refunds before the first deadline: total minus card fees (1.5% + 20p) and the Pre-entries service charge. After that, organiser discretion.
