About Pre-entries

Pre-entries is the modern online entry system built specifically for orienteering. It handles every kind of event.

Competitors enter on their phone, pay securely with Stripe, and appear instantly on the start list. Organisers set up events in minutes, control every detail themselves, and cut out middlemen.

Used by clubs since 2020.

Pricing

Stripe takes 1.5% + 20p per payment. We add 25p per competitor at local and regional events, 50p at national and major. The worked example is on Pricing.

We do not charge the GB Elite Development Squad, Scottish elite development squads, or the Orienteering Foundation.
