Cancelling doesn’t refund the entry. Any refund is up to the organiser. Changes that alter the price carry a 50p change fee.

If the club cancels the event, you get back everything you paid.

Notes

Bristol & Bath City Race Euro Tour Weekend, 4–6 June 2027. Three urban races in one entry: a Friday evening prologue on Bristol harbourside, the City Race Euro Tour race in Bristol Temple Quarter on Saturday, and the Bath city race (UK Urban League and SEOUL) on Sunday. Enter any one, two or all three days and pay once.

Fees

Early bird until 1 February 2027, standard from 2 February, late from 23 May 2027.

  • Friday prologue (no early-bird rate): senior £6 / £6 / £8 · junior or student £3 / £3 / £4 · non-member senior £10 / £10 / £12
  • Bristol and Bath city races, each: senior £14 / £16 / £18 · junior or student £8 / £9 / £10 · non-member senior £16 / £18 / £20

£2 off for seniors (£1 for juniors and students) when you enter both the Saturday and Sunday city races.

A junior is anyone who has not reached 21 before 31 December 2027. A student is anyone over 21 enrolled in a full-time course at a university, college or other recognised training establishment; the organisers may ask for proof.

SI cards

Standard SI and SIAC (touchless) cards can be hired for £3, once for the whole weekend. Lost cards are charged at £45 (£85 for a SIAC). SIACs are allocated first come, first served unless you ask for a standard card.

Closing date

Entries close at 23:59 on Sunday 30 May 2027. Late entries for the Friday prologue may be possible while map stocks last.
