GB Selection Race Knock Out Sprint - Stockport
Sunday 7th June
Hosted by Manchester and District Orienteering Club.
To be used as selection races for the Great Britain team for the World Orienteering Championships in Italy.
Eligibility
Entry is open to all, but the event is intended as a race for high performance athletes. Vetting of entrants may be required if the number of registrations is high. Entry fees will be refunded if we cannot accommodate any entrants.
Minimum age category M/W16. Please contact Duncan Birtwistle (duncan.birtwistle@googlemail.com) if you will be under 16 on the day so that we can make suitable arrangements for minor road crossings.

Parking in grounds of Dial Park Primary School (SK2 5LB) and adjacent nursery, overflow parking on Half Moon Lane.
Toilets, registration, download, indoor space at the school.
Note that due to the closed nature of this event, and the costs involved, we can't offer a discounted price for students / juniors.
Start list for the qualification race will be seeded.

Semi-final (estimated winning time 5-8 minutes)
Final (estimated winning time 5-8 minutes)
Exact format is to be finalised, but everyone will get a chance to race at least twice. Quarantine details to be finalised.

If the event is cancelled, we will refund the entry costs (minus any administration fees).
